All the below reports, pictures and information are only for Classic theme. Eventhought most of the visitors use Internet Explorer we would recommend using the newest Mozilla Firefox release, the most important reasons for this being that it is more secure, also it can display sites the way they are originally coded to look like and on top it's open-source. The accurate statistics for browser used are: Internet Explorer 65.3% (v7.0 0.2%, v6.0 63.1%, v5.5 0.8%, v5.0 0.8%, the rest under 0.1%), Netscape 0.0%, Firefox 25.8%, Opera 7.8%, Safari 0.1% the rest browsers have less than 0.1% users. This was the situation on 19. March 2006.

Since Moposite is valid XHTML 1.0 Strict it should work on all non-graphical browsers (also known as text-browsers).
Not tested throughout.
Internet Explorer 1.0 and 2.0, Netscape 6.2, Macintosh Internet Explorers, Safaries, Omniwebs, Caminos, Konquerors, Galeons. Also Firefoxs, Operas, Netscapes under other operating systems. If you have an opportunity to test Moposite with some of these (or some other browser or operating system) please take a screenshot of the most buggy page and send it us, you are also welcome to add comments on how well the site is displayed if you compare it to the shots above that are rated excellent. Also reports of the text-browsers, mobile phones, screen readers and other not-so-common devices are welcome.
The dimenions of Moposite are relative (including text sizes). Thereby the site is displayed correctly on almost all resolutions. 800x600 is still readable but 1600x1200 gets a little too wide when reading longer texts. As you know you can always resize the browser window. You can also hide the columns to get more space (the link is above the logo). The page has been designed using a screen resolution of 1152x864, highest 32 bit colors and 100% brightness, 78% contrast settings in Belinea 10 30 40 monitor. Due to quite unnormal settings of the designer Moposite color theme is too dark under most platforms. That's why we will offer other color themes to select in the Panel.
97.8% of the visitors use Microsoft Windows as their operating system (XP 84.4%, Win98 4.3%, Win2000 5.9%), 0.6% Linux, and 0.2% Macintosh. The rest (FreeBDS, Symbian, Sun Solaris) are under 0.1%. This was the situation on 19. March 2006.
Moposite has been written by using the newest and the most popular open-source standards and languages:
You can validate the pages for XHTML 1.0 and CSS2 standars by clicking the links you see in the bottom right corner.
An access key allows a computer user to immediately jump to a specific part of a web page via the keyboard. The user does this by pressing ALT or Shift+ALT (PC) or CTRL (Mac) followed by the appropriate number on the keyboard.
For example: press Shift+ATL+6 (PC) to go to the Help page.
There are a few problems on Moposite which we haven't managed to solve yet. The problems announced here regard only the newest versions of Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Netscape. Please let us know of all bugs you have found and which are not listed here.
Moposite contains broken links. These are displayed like this and will be fixed once the page which the link is pointing to exists. If you come across a broken link which isn't listed in the broken links list please contact us.
Moposite would have never been made without some programs. A big hand for the programmers of the below programs which all are more or less free and open-source.
It's hard to know the exact size of Moposite storage because the files are in various places and constantly under modification. But some estimations on the 19. March 2006: the SQL database is about 70MB, main server where most of the files (pages, images, levels, replays) are located is about 2GB.
Our server's information will be listed when we get one that's dedicated for the site. For now, it's running under a web hotel server along with other sites. A dedicated server would offer more bandwidth, faster data processing and a lot of more space. Sadly the cost for having a dedicated server is around 150 euros a month. But, who knows, maybe it becomes a possibility in the future...
